My name is Courteney Fisher, and I am excited to share a bit about my background and the transformative approach I offer.
For the majority of my life, I trained as a gymnast and pursued a career as a professional model. I began my gymnastics journey at the young age of 3, considering the gym my second home. While I cherished gymnastics, it was not until a significant event at the age of 15—a traumatic brain injury from a skiing accident—that I truly grasped the potential of my body. This incident left me unable to carry out basic tasks like walking or reading, posing doubts on my complete recovery. Despite uncertainties from medical professionals, my unwavering determination led me through years of arduous rehabilitation, ultimately resulting in a successful recovery. Transitioning away from gymnastics due to the injury, I ventured into the world of modeling and have since spent over a decade as a fitness model, collaborating with renowned brands such as Nike, Adidas, Under Armour, Skechers, among others.
The wealth of knowledge accumulated from my extensive gym experience and time in front of the camera inspired me to mentor and guide others. As an instructor and coach, my goal is not only to transform bodies but to enrich lives positively.
The Fit with Coco regimen stands out as a profoundly transformative practice that nurtures enduring change in your body. With a focus on technique, form, and self-appreciation, I aim to optimize your workout sessions. Often overlooked is the remarkable impact that home-based (or remote) workouts can have on reshaping your life.
In addition to feeling stronger, leaner, and more robust after each session, you will also witness internal transformations. My aspiration for the Fit with Coco community is to establish a fresh standard for body care and self-worth. Embrace self-love from within; radiate a unique glow when you prioritize self-care and wellness.
